Hi, I'm Jeri

I like long walks down the bread aisle at the grocery store, making songs up off the top of my head and crying.

I first picked up a camera when I was probably 10. I exclusively photographed fruits and vegetables from my grandma's garden. It wasn't until years later that my husband encouraged me to pick the camera back up and give photographing people a try. Can confirm, it's way more fun - the tomatoes always gave me attitude.

In all seriousness, there is nothing better than turning my camera around to show my people what they look like, unedited. Hearing the gasps and seeing the most beautiful shift in confidence happen in front of my lens never gets old. That boost and the memories attached to those moments are the greatest gifts I've ever given someone (besides that time I gave my husband a son.)

Dang it! If you're reading this, you're beautiful, you're valued and you're important. You should feeling nothing short of that on your wedding day.

This is where the crying kicks in.

Behind the Scenes

YEP! Where do I sign?

Sipping chartreuse and green tea while looking at the most perfect white subway tile and hand painted signs. Driving through the mountains to Portland reminiscing about the best memories back home. Cozy sweaters, vintage demin, and Pabst while telling one of a kind love stories. The trials and tribulations of love, joy, and happiness. Lastly, champagne brunch and avocado toast while surrounded by the finest exposed brick, dreamcatchers, and maps to our souls. Dreamcatchers, macrame and 100 Days of Summer. Anthropologie trips and walks on the beach, love letters and secret admirers. Fall breeze, flannels, and hot cocoa. Whales and dinosaurs and handmade crafts. Salvage denim, antique leather bags, and the first time we watched Moonrise Kingdom.

The slow hum of traffic and the cool breeze that signify the joy of a new day.
